Business as usual under COVID-19
Pat's Building Maintenance is conducting business as usual. We understand we're entering your personal residence or place of business, and are fully complying with social distancing initiatives. We are doing everything needed to keep all of us mutually safe, and taking extended steps for precautionary measures. We are well equipped to fulfill requests for service, and can be reached during a regular hours of business. We're here to help keep your home and office clean and sanitized.

The CDC center for disease control have stressed the importance of having a clean working and living environment. Doing so can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We can all do our parts to make sure we have clean hands, but Pat's Building Maintenance can help with cleaning carpets, treating floors

Essential Business Floor / Carpet Cleaning
Not all businesses are open, not all businesses are closed, if your under the order of an essential business thats open during the COVID-19 outbreak, we understands wanting to keep your work environment and employees safe as they continue to come in to work everyday.
It's always smart to be sanitizing high traffic areas like door handles and desk tops. We can help with various floor options. From Carpets and Hardwoods, to Marble and Tile, disinfecting these surfaces can help prevent the spread of diseases and infection.
Non Essental Business
Building, owners and managers have had to decide if employees need to be in the office or can work remotely over the last month. If you're a business that's not open during this time, and you and your employees are working from home, now is a great time to have your facilities cleaned. When your business doors reopen your employees and customers will know your floors and carpets have been disinfected and cleaned! This is also a great way to practice social distancing. With less or no employees it's easier for our team to clean and sanitize your offices
