Other janitorial services may claim they can clean an office building for a certain price without a site visit, but this is an invitation to trouble. We also want to advise all prospects that are looking for the lowest estimate to beware that cheaper is not always better. Our philosophy has always been to cater to customers who want a long term business relationship with someone they can communicate with and trust.
